What to Build

  1. Day 1: Choose or receive a dataset, explore its structure, and identify the guiding question.
  2. Day 2: Clean the data by addressing missing values, duplicates, and formatting inconsistencies.
  3. Day 3: Apply core formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, and COUNT to summarize the dataset.
  4. Day 4: Apply at least one conditional formula such as IF, COUNTIF, or SUMIF.
  5. Day 5: Build a pivot table to explore the data from a new angle.
  6. Day 6: Create at least two appropriate charts.
  7. Day 7: Calculate descriptive statistics such as mean, median, and range.
  8. Day 8: Write a findings summary explaining what the data shows and noting limitations.
